During the Wednesday broadcast of AEW Dynamite, Adam Cole did not mince words as he zeroed in on MJF in his on-screen dialogue. Regardless of his words, the ex-World Champion was adamantly against the idea of stepping into the square circle to compete against his adversary.

During his dialogue on the show, Cole portrayed MJF as the embodiment of reprehensible behavior. He recalled his earlier betrayal of MJF, which he claimed was his own way of fighting evil with evil.

According to Cole, MJF is egoistic, manipulative, a facade, and a scared, insecure youth beneath it all.

MJF’s signature tune resounded, and the ‘Salt of the Earth’ emerged on the screen. He reminisced about his history with Cole before asserting that the Undisputed Kingdom’s leader would never have the opportunity to square off against him, denying Cole any possible revenge.

In response, Cole warned that MJF may attempt evasive maneuvers, but he would not be able to evade him permanently. He promised to make MJF regret their showdown.

Meanwhile, Jon Moxley had a bone-chilling message to relay to the AEW lineup on this week’s AEW Dynamite episode.

Moxley, who emerged victorious against Bryan Danielson at WrestleDream 2024 to nab the AEW World Championship on Saturday, initiated Wednesday’s broadcast in an interview from a truck flanked by the Blackpool Combat Club, outlining the havoc he might wreak and his aspirations for AEW as a platform for pro-wrestlers’ growth.

Moxley went on to share his love for the sport and his desire for others to experience the same, despite his disdain for AEW’s current state of affairs characterized by inflated egos and fruitless jubilations. He vowed to overturn everything about AEW to create a novel landscape and was ready to take drastic measures if needed.

He wrapped up by welcoming those ready to align with him and cautioning the rest to steer clear or face peril. He asserted the new power structure in AEW succinctly: “You work for me now.”
