R-Truth is insistent on the bond of friendship with The Miz, notwithstanding their wrestling bout during the recent RAW episode.
In spite of emerging victorious at the RAW fight, R-Truth was blindsided by The Miz, his erstwhile tag partner, post the face-off. All this happened under the watchful eyes of Karrion Kross and the Final Testament.
In an exclusive segment for WWE RAW, R-Truth expressed his belief that he was yet to fight his match, showing complete faith in The Miz’s support. He went on to say,
“I’m scouring for Miz, as he should be backing me up. I’m slated for a significant match tonight. [Cathy Kelley points out Truth won the match, and The Miz was his adversary.] CK, I’m of the opinion you’re the one that’s befuddled. Miz and I are compatriots, friends, comrades, allies, bosom buddies, do you get my point?”
The betrayal by The Miz occurred in the September 20 episode of WWE Monday Night RAW. The duo had earlier clinched the World Tag Titles at WrestleMania 40.
