A multi-year multimedia contract between AEW and Warner Bros. Discovery has piqued interest and curiosity among audiences. This agreement, which is estimated at 5 million spanning three years, excludes revenue generated from pay-per-view events.
As mentioned earlier on eWn, AEW’s pay-per-view events will be available on Max at a discounted rate per event, starting in 2025. AEW Dynamite and Collision series will consistently be broadcasted on TBS and TNT.
According to recent information provided by Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer shared that the AEW pay-per-view collection will be featured on MAX. However, in contrast to previous AEW TV episodes, the collection won’t debut on January 1.
Dave Meltzer stated, “It was about the AEW TV deal. Will the PPV library go up on MAX? The answer is yes. It may not all be up immediately. All the AEW archives will be up on MAX next year. They go to MAX January 1st, and it’s not instantly. All these episodes of Dynamite and Rampage and Collision will be up on MAX. They will be slowly rolled out, as will the pay-per-views. In time, the entire library will be on MAX.”
