WWE icon Kevin Nash compares the notorious Montreal Screwjob to the assassination of late U.S.A President, John F. Kennedy, in terms of the sea of conspiracy theories both incidents have triggered.

The controversial Montreal Screwjob ensued over 30 years after Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas. It witnessed Bret Hart shockingly losing the cherished WWF Championship belt to the schemes of Vince McMahon and Shawn Michaels in Canada.

Nash provided some meaty insights into the incident on a recent episode of his podcast titled “Kliq This”. Known as a close confidante of Michaels, the WWE veteran unhesitatingly stated, “The Montreal Screwjob is our JFK assassination.”

Nash further elucidates that similar to the controversy surrounding JFK’s assassination, the Screwjob has been the epicenter of a whirlpool of conspiracy theories for decades, rousing debates as to whether it was an authentic conflict or a staged one.

He also put forth the argument that if the Screwjob was indeed a carefully orchestrated act between Shawn, Bret, and Vince, it must have required a Herculean effort from all parties to persistently be adamant on the falsity.

Consistently, all the parties implicated in the Screwjob have been steadfast in maintaining its authentic nature. The issue was recently brought to light once again during Netflix’s “Mr. McMahon” docuseries.

In a recent podcast episode, Nash further delves into his thoughts on what transpired during that notorious November night in Montreal. For more information, click on the link provided.
