Wrestler Bronson Reed recently made an appearance on the “Insight With Chris Van Vliet” podcast. He touched on a range of issues, including his eagerness to compete against some beloved “babyface” characters in WWE. He stated,

“I think I said it walking backstage and I’m always talking my st walking around the ring. Sometimes I have to watch myself because I’m Australian and I swear a lot. Hunter has told me a few times, ‘There are cameras on you at all times.’ I said to a camera, ‘I’m a top guy now.’ That was after I did the six tsunamis to Seth. That’s what I want for Bronson Reed. I want to be involved in the main event scene. The World Heavyweight Championship scene, I know GUNTHER is the champion and having a heel champion, maybe that makes it a little more difficult.”

Furthermore, he added, “There are a lot of top names I haven’t worked with yet that are big babyfaces. There is a story with me and Seth. I’d like to work with CM Punk, Rey Mysterio, even John Cena. I’m the perfect John Cena heel. The matches he had with Umaga, I’d be perfect against him. Whether that happens, I don’t know. That’s all stuff that I’d like to do. It’s up to WWE.”

Meanwhile, wrestler Oba Femi is hoping for an opportunity to combat Trick Williams in the not-so-distant future.

After losing the North American Championship to Tony D’Angelo in a recent NXT episode, Femi conversed with Scott Johnson on “Going Ringside,” expressing his wish to confront the current WWE NXT World Champion. He declared,

“Trick Williams. Right now, Trick Williams is the guy. I’m letting him have his little parade right now. When the time comes, Trick. I think he wanted to be a star and entertaining, but once he crosses that line and comes into this realm, this is the real. This is the raw. I don’t think he wants this.”
