Anthony Henry, a wrestler from AEW, has confirmed that he has suffered a bicep injury during his ROH bout with NJPW Strong Openweight Champion, Gabe Kidd. The injury will put him on the bench for an undefined period.

Henry revealed his unfortunate injury via Twitter, saying, “Sadly, I have to announce that I’m temporarily out because of an injury. I tore my left biceps off the bone during my bout this past Saturday with Gabe Kidd. I’ve got surgery lined up this week and then begins the recovery journey. My sincere apologies to the fans who feel let down.”

In another development, the AEW wrestler Britt Baker’s appearance on tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite: Title Tuesday has been cancelled due to health issues. In place of her originally planned match, a four-way bout has been arranged.

The absences of Britt Baker in tonight’s lineup was confirmed by AEW President Tony Khan. Baker was initially scheduled to compete with Willow Nightingale. However, now Nightingale will be squaring off against Saraya, Jamie Hayter, and Nyla Rose. The winner of this match will oppose Mariah May at AEW WrestleDream 2024 for the AEW Women’s World Championship.

The updated line-up for tonight’s show includes:

• Mercedes Mone vs. Emi Sakura set for the AEW TBS Championship Match.
• Willow Nightingale, Saraya, Nyla Rose, and Jamie Hayter fight for the title shot at AEW WrestleDream.
• A tag-team match between Bryan Danielson & Wheeler Yuta, and Claudio Castagnoli & PAC.
• Hologram facing off against Komander.
• A one-on-one encounter between Darby Allin and Brody King.
• Jay White’s live appearance.
