During a recent gathering with fans on the UpUpDownDown platform, WWE’s Terror Twins, comprised of Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest, shared their wish list of NXT Superstars they’d like to challenge in the ring. Ripley singled out DELTA as her desired opponent, while Priest chose Oba Femi as his future adversary in NXT.
Ripley told the audience about her choice: “I must say, I’d pick DELTA. We haven’t had got in the ring together yet. She emerged in the Australian wrestling scene after I left, so an encounter in NXT would be quite cool.”
Priest laid out his reason on picking Oba Femi for his next bout: “It’s undeniably impressive what he has accomplished in such a limited time in the business. He’s a rising superstar and it’s plain clear. He has shown consistency, unswerving dedication, and it’s all paving a way out for him. I think our face-off is inevitable.”
In another development, Buff Bagwell, in a recent chit-chat with “The Wrestling Chatter,” expressed his absolute enthusiasm towards participating in the “Dark Side Of The Ring,” considering the dedicated episode about him a compelling choice. He was featured in the fifth season of the VICE TV documentary series.
Speaking on his decision to do the episode, Bagwell exclaimed, “It was an obvious decision for me. I’ve always led an open life. I never shied away from sharing about my addiction, my profession, or even my stint as a male escort. Chin up, I did everything the best I could. Hence, the decision to be part of the show was an easy one, as I’ve kept nothing hidden.”
Discussing the episode, he said, “It presented me an opportunity to address the questions that my fans might have regarding my gigolo career – ‘Why did he choose that’ situation. I felt jubilant about it. Post watching it, my exhilaration scaled new heights. They have done a commendable work. It’s indeed a Dark-side episode, narrating my dark past, but towards the end, it brightens up into a ray of sunshine. It portrays me today – looking good, feeling good, with health, cleanliness and sobriety, though they decided to skip those parts.”
