In a recent conversation with Denise Salcedo from “Instinct Culture”, Kayla Braxton opened up about various aspects of her time with WWE, including her experiences working under Vince McMahon and Triple H as well as dealing with abrupt changes.

Key takeaways from this insightful podcast are shared below:

Discussing the contrast between working under Triple H and Vince McMahon, Braxton said, “My experience, working under Triple H was notably different. I truly cherish the time I had working with him before my departure from WWE – he progressively transformed many aspects for the better. It was generally a more relaxed and enjoyable environment. The overall stress levels were lower and we all had fun, largely because Triple H himself seemed to be thoroughly enjoying the proceedings. However, change is not always easy and can come with its own set of challenges. Having worked under Vince for a long time, I had to consult him for pretty much everything and had accustomed myself to a specific way of functioning. So the transition definitely brought about significant changes.”

Regarding the necessity to adapt to sudden shifts, Braxton admitted, “It was tough. As you may be aware, the broadcast team was shuffled around, leaving us uncertain about our roles. Towards the end of my stint with WWE, I stopped hosting the kickoff shows. This period of figuring things out and dealing with growing pains was certainly challenging – however, Triple H’s exceptional acumen ensures that things will continue evolving for the better. His modernizing approach to the product could make it more appealing to potential fans who are not familiar with WWE, making them eager to be part of the WWE experience since it doesn’t seem dated or reminiscent of the 1984 era.”
