The recent unveiling of MVP on AEW was swiftly followed by circulation of rumors about another former WWE veteran possibly joining the roster.
In the previous episode of Dynamite, MVP graced our screens with Prince Nana in a promo aimed at Swerve Strickland.
Word on the street is that former WWE Champion, Bobby Lashley, might soon be part of AEW too, in light of past buzz about him and MVP contemplating a reunion, creating the Hurt Syndicate.
Upon their exit from WWE, tips suggested that they would be joined by Shelton Benjamin in AEW, a proposal that looks increasingly plausible.
As cited from WrestlePurists’ Ibou, it seems likely that Benjamin could sign on the dotted line with AEW given his talks with the promotion earlier in the year.
While these discussions took place in March, there were no immediate developments. At present, it remains uncertain as to the exact timing or manner of Benjamin’s awaited AEW appearance.
