WWE has ended its partnership with Hulu for next-day Video on Demand (VOD).
This week, the contract between the two entities officially terminated. Subsequently, next-day replays of shows like RAW, NXT, and SmackDown are no longer accessible on Hulu unless users have a subscription with a live TV plan.
However, WWE’s documentary content, in collaboration with A&E, remains available on Hulu. This is stipulated under A&E’s licensing agreement. The same applies for Hulu’s original series ‘Love & WWE: Bianca and Montez’.
Word on the street is that replays of WWE NXT will make a shift to The CW App from the 1st of October. It is highly likely the rest of the WWE NXT content library will move along with it.
Meanwhile, Peacock continues to host WWE SmackDown and RAW, albeit with a 30-day delay.
