On a previous episode of his popular podcast “Wrestling With Freddie”, ex-WWE scriptwriter, Freddie Prinze Jr., assessed the performance of Solo Sikoa against Cody Rhodes in their recent Steel Cage Match held last week on WWE Friday Night SmackDown.

In that match, Rhodes outdid Sikoa to keep ahold of the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship title.

Here are some key insights from the podcast:

Freddie Prinze Jr. commented on Sikoa stating, “In a hushed tone, Solo Sikoa may not be the top of the pack, but he’s been in lots of prime matches, and I believe he will continue to do so. He’s subtly a standout on that show and his star status escalated rapidly. He transitioned from no dialogs to delivering impressive and influential speeches similar to a mafia boss, making everyone rally behind him.”

Speaking on Sikoa’s recent matches, Prinze added, “His matches are always thrilling, and he can hold his own in the wrestling ring, proving to be formidable. He’s armed with the Samoan Spike, which is always exciting to watch. He’s due to face Roman Reigns soon to determine the legitimate Tribal Chief, and honestly, I’m a big fan of Solo Sikoa.”

Looking ahead, Rhodes is set to partner with Roman Reigns to take on Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in WWE Bad Blood 2024 next month.
