In a Septemeber 20th episode of WWE NXT Level Up, it was an unforgettable experience for emerging talent, Shiloh Hill, when he unexpectedly lost a tooth during his match against Mark Coffey.
As the game progressed, audiences observing the slow-motion replays detected an object shooting out from Hill’s mouth. Later on, it was ascertained that it was, in fact, a tooth.
The incident occurred when Coffey delivered a Bullhammer elbow on Hill, which eventually led to the conclusion of the game. One spectator highlighted the event on Twitter, posting it in Spanish:

Hill, who joined the WWE NXT in March of the same year, had a successful career in college football prior to entering the wrestling ring.
