The renowned Lucha Brothers (consisting of Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix) are making their way to WWE.
There has been much gossip and conjecture, yet it’s now confirmed that the Lucha Brothers have signed extensive contracts with WWE, passing over NXT to transition straight to the main roster.
Continuous reports from eWn confirm that Penta had been contemplating a possible move to WWE since the summer period. Penta strongly underlined that the change would only occur if he and his brother Fenix moved together, a condition WWE was eager to meet.
Cory Hayes from PWN has validated the signing, stating impressively, “Multi-year deal. Directly to main roster.”
WrestleVotes Radio has also conveyed that the Lucha Brothers’ official signing with WWE is virtually a foregone conclusion as the creation of masks, shirts, and other marketing merchandise is currently underway.
The Lucha Brothers’ presence has been vital to AEW since they first appeared on the company’s debut show in 2019.
It’s reported that Penta’s AEW contract concluded during the span between August and September. Similarly, Fenix’s contract was projected to terminate this year.
