Bayley, one of the most triumphant female figures in WWE history, continues to dominate the scene, but what will life look like for the Role Model following her wrestling career?

Diving into the WWE universe in 2013, Bayley secured the NXT Women’s Championship, her first big win, a couple of years later from Mercedes Moné.

Sharing her thoughts on Bayley’s future in the most recent Moné Mag newsletter, Mercedes Moné spoke highly of her fellow wrestler. Her words were,

“Recently, we engaged in a discussion about Bayley’s potential future role as a coach for the WWE’s women’s division. It’s clear to see she’s been an intuitive guide for many years and has long shown interest in coaching. She may establish her own wrestling school one day or possibly even join the executive committee of WWE after her retirement from the ring.”

“Bayley has become someone everyone turns to backstage, always eager to support and elevate her female counterparts. A selfless and passionate individual, she continually pushes to propel the entire women’s division onwards, not only her own career. That signifies genuine leadership and an authentic role model. When discussing the women’s revolution, not merely wrestling-wise, Bayley is a frontline figure symbolizing what it needs and should represent.”

After a brief hiatus following SummerSlam 2024, Bayley made her comeback to WWE on the SmackDown run-up to Bash In Berlin.

Moné successfully defended her AEW TBS Championship against Hikaru Shida at AEW All Out 2024. In addition, she holds the CMLL Women’s World Championship.
