On a recent podcast, “1 Of A Kind”, Rob Van Dam shared his views about the forthcoming Netflix docuseries “Mr. McMahon”. Despite not being involved in the series due to uncertain circumstances, he is looking forward to watching it.

In the podcast, highlights include:

His initial reaction to the docuseries trailer, he said, “the trailer intrigued me, I had planned on enjoying it, similar to how I liked Tiger King and other Netflix series. However, I’ve now decided not to set any expectations and just enjoy the moment.”

He also shared his regrets about declining to do an interview for the series after seeing other wrestlers like Cena and The Rock participating. But he stood by his decision saying, “I wouldn’t have had anything really negative to throw at Vince in an interview, but I’m aware that editors can be creative.”

The reason he declined the offer to participate in the series: “‘The WWE would respond negatively to any unfavorable stories from the WWE past and would rather not promote them. This can be petty.'”

On wishing he had participated in a past Hogan docuseries: “I was disappointed when Hulk Hogan asked me not to participate in a documentary about his life. I thought it would have been a great opportunity for exposure.”

Overall, Raven is looking forward to the Mr. McMahon series and believes his fans will as well.
