Buzz has been swarming around Giulia’s highly anticipated move to WWE, and it can safely be said the hype was not unwarranted. Giulia signaled her impressive arrival by securing a win over Chelsea Green during her first match, held on tonight’s season kickoff of WWE NXT as a segment of WWE Week.
Post-match, a tweet from CM Punk resonated through the WWE community, commending Giulia’s commanding debut and hinting at a novel idea he aimed to discuss with Ava.
Simultaneously, backstage Ava was seen expressing commendation of Giulia’s successful start, complemented by the surprising return of Funaki, who assisted Giulia with translation. Notably, Funaki is acclaimed as SmackDown’s top announcer and his return was greeted warmly.
Subsequently, Ava was overheard having a telephonic conversation in her workspace. Shortly after, she informed Stevie Turner and Robert Stone about the discussion she previously had with Punk. Interestingly enough, Punk will be making a special disclosure on next week’s NXT. This is a separate addition to his already planned appearance on the NXT debut of CW set to be hosted on October 1st in Chicago.
