The American celebrity gossip website, TMZ, has gained access to the radio transmission of the Artem Chigvintsev domestic abuse occurrence that happened on Thursday morning.
Chigvintsev was the first to dial 911 seeking medical help, alleging that his spouse Nikki Garcia had targeted him with a pair of footwear. Interestingly, within a matter of minutes, he redialed 911 to say that he no longer required any medical intervention.
The extracted radio transmission discloses that the operator told, “Originally was asking for medical assistance, but now he’s reporting that he argued with his wife and she hurled shoes at the one who reported [rp].”
More details were added by the operator, “A minor is present at the location. Medical help is on its way. There is an ongoing 415 [breaching peace] issue to be addressed.”
It was confirmed by the operator that a minor was at the residence and was with the wife at the time.
Despite the second call cancelling the request for medical help, the police arrived at the scene about an hour later, where they observed visible harm on the purported victim. This led to them apprehending Artem on charges of felony domestic violence.
