During a recent episode of the “Insight” podcast, WWE’s RAW General Manager Adam Pearce shared his experiences working alongside Chelsea Green in WWE TV sections.
Here are a few notable points from the podcast conversation:
Adam Pearce reflecting on his interactions with Chelsea Green: “[Working with Chelsea is] always a vivid experience and it felt effortless to interact with her. Whenever she performed, or even till date, her performance is so compelling that it feels like there’s no need to verbalize any response. I always contemplate – what could my face communicate to this person if not a single word was spoken? What would my eyes convey?”
Pearce also imparted some wisdom for aspiring wrestlers when it comes to conveying a narrative visually: “I consider myself fairly adept at expressing emotions through facial expressions – an advice that I’d offer to budding wrestlers too. Every emotion can be sold with your face, your eyes. I always let Chelsea be herself, and I just attempt to respond non-verbally. It’s an absolute joy.”
The podcast also features a light-hearted video segment titled “Adam Pearce: Raw GM, Bray Wyatt Segment, Nick Aldis, Brock Lesnar Split His Pants,” which can be viewed below – the joy of wrestling brought to life.
