In a recent conversation with the New York Post, AEW’s Will Ospreay commented on the whispers concerning a supposed backstage clash between Dr. Britt Baker and MJF that allegedly occurred during the 250th episode of AEW Dynamite last month.
Ospreay stated that the alleged incident has been “the most utterly exaggerated scenario I have ever witnessed in my whole life.” He chose not to further elaborate on what happened.
In an effort to keep the peace, he added, “I’m merely striving to foster unity within the team. That’s all I can divulge. I’m cognizant of the fact that not everyone backstage gets along. There are individuals in the backstage area that I personally have issues with. But my philosophy moving forward is that we should all function as a collective. We should all be there for one another. Tony Khan has my utmost admiration and respect, and I’m ready to play any role he deems necessary for the ongoing growth and success of AEW.”
