R-Truth recently disclosed on social media that he is grappling with rib fractures and internal bruises which he suffered at the hands of Bronson Reed during a recent WWE RAW event.
“Cracked ribs, internal bruising” R-Truth posted on Twitter, indicating the severity of his injuries.
Reed showed no mercy against R-Truth, hitting him with five Tsunami splashes after besting The Miz on RAW. Notably, Seth Rollins also bore the brunt of Reed’s aggression last week, as he delivered six Tsunami splashes on him.
In other news from the wrestling world, Montez Ford and Austin Theory went head-to-head in a #1 Contender’s Tournament match during the August 14th episode of WWE Speed.
The match, however, drew to a close due to a time restriction, causing both wrestling superstars to forfeit their places in the Speed tournament.
