Former WWE commentator, Jesse Ventura, recently expressed his support for Kamala Harris in her presidential campaign. He shared his thoughts on Hulk Hogan’s endorsement of ex-President Donald Trump, who is a convicted felon, while appearing on MSNBC.

Ventura stated, “As far as [Hulk] Hogan goes, it doesn’t surprise me. Because when I was in wrestling in the 80s, I tried to unionize wrestling, and it was Hulk Hogan who cut my legs out from under me.” He further elaborated, “Hulk Hogan went to Vince McMahon, ratted me out. So it doesn’t surprise me to see Hogan with the Republicans, because Hogan is as anti-union as you can get. There is still not a union in professional wrestling. It was Hulk Hogan who ratted me out to Vince McMahon, and subsequently, I was fired and lost my job!”

Ventura was present at a set of WWE RAW TV tapings two weeks ago where he interacted with CM Punk and others. Notably, in recent mainstream media polls, Kamala Harris has been gaining momentum against Donald Trump, with the general election looming just under three months away.

Jesse Ventura’s remarks highlight a complex intersection of politics and entertainment in the wrestling world, and offer intriguing insights into personal dynamics among prominent figures within the field.
