During a recent episode of the podcast “Busted Open Radio”, former WWE superstar Braun Strowman extended thanks for his time in WWE, attributing his achievements in the organization to the influence of WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry.
Strowman narrated, “This individual saw potential in an aspiring young fellow who was adrift and unsure of his purpose in life but had the drive to achieve something. He risked his reputation, secured me a tryout, welcomed me at the airport, was present during my trial, shared meals with me, and even involved me in some additional activities beyond the ring – let’s just leave it at that. I am grateful everyday for the characters in my life that have provided me with these life-changing chances and guided me in becoming who I am. He didn’t hand me anything on a silver platter; he provided me with the resources, paved the way for me, leaving me to step in and put in the hard work.”
Recently Strowman, along with Kairi Sane, claimed victory against Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan during an off-air mixed tag team match held subsequent to the latest edition of WWE SmackDown.
