Bronson Reed sprang an attack on Seth Rollins after a segment that also involved CM Punk and Drew McIntyre. Notably, The Visionary was absent from the lineup of WWE SummerSlam 2024 matches.

Earlier in the year, Rollins experienced a debilitating knee injury that pulled him out of the action for several weeks.

A report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reveals that Rollins will be stepping away from WWE programming for an undefined time period due to an ongoing injury.

The report quotes, “Rollins is cleared but still struggling from past injuries and is working towards maintaining optimal physical fitness. While his injury conditions are chronic, he hasn’t raised any red flags. However, to stay ahead of the issues, he’s decided to take some time off.”

At WWE SummerSlam 2024, Rollins stepped up as a special guest referee for the match between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre. The match culminated with McIntyre’s victory after Punk slammed Rollins with a GTS.
