In the latest episode of AEW Dynamite, notable character HOOK made a grand reappearance on the television, chasing off The Learning Tree.

In the episode that aired on Wednesday, the ex-FTW Champion heroically intervened during a fight in the ring. Katsuyori Shibata was under attack by Bryan Keith and The Learning Tree, prompting HOOK to step in. Not only did he manage to run off the group invading the ring, HOOK also proudly posed with the FTW Championship he once held.

Fans were especially excited to see HOOK back on AEW television, as he has been absent since the July 3rd Dynamite episode. The last time viewers saw him, he was struck by a fireball by the renowned Chris Jericho.

A tweet from the official All Elite Wrestling account highlighted his return: “THERE’S THE SIGNAL! IT’S HOOOOOOOK! Watch #AEWDynamite LIVE on TBS!”

You will also be pleased to note the updated lineup for the upcoming AEW Dynamite episode:

Swerve Strickland will face off Wheeler Yuta, and Kazuchika Okada and Claudio Castagnoli will have a face-to-face cricket game.

Additionally, the lineup for this week’s AEW Collision looks as follows:

For the Trios Championships #1 Contenders, we’ll be seeing House Of Black vs Bang Bang Gang, with Christian Cage serving as the Special Guest Referee. We’ll also witness Thunder Rosa and Deonna Purrazzo in a Texas Bull Rope Match.
