On a recent episode of “The Rich Eisen Show” podcast, WWE superstar, The Miz, expressed his viewpoint on the current popularity of WWE. He noted that during his twenty-year career with WWE, he has never seen the company achieve such widespread fame.
In the same conversation, The Miz highlighted that an unrivaled number of WWE superstars are currently experiencing peak stardom. His remarks were,
“We’re continuously transforming as WWE superstars. It doesn’t matter if you’re a company or an individual superstar, our goal is to ensure that the audience gets what they need. Our aim is to offer the best entertainment possible and right now, there’s a high level of positivity in the locker room. Triple H has truly assumed control and made this show exceptional. He’s provided opportunities for people who might not have gotten them before, and now you can see the results. WWE has never been so popular in my twenty-year career, with so many superstars that we regard as over – meaning, when they make an appearance, the audience goes wild. Regardless of whether they are being cheered or booed, they are highly engaging. The number of superstars right now is overwhelming, making it a challenge even to make the SummerSlam card. Today, securing a slot on a PLE (Pay-Per-View event) to wrestle is exceptionally difficult.”
You can catch The Miz hosting WWE SummerSlam 2024 on Saturday, August 3.
