In the most recent episode of WWE RAW, Seth Rollins outlined the referee’s rules for the upcoming match between Drew McIntyre and CM Punk at WWE SummerSlam 2024.
The program began with Rollins, McIntyre, and Punk each making remarks and Rollins disclosing the rules of the match, which were surprisingly standard – the two wrestlers need to heed his advice and any countouts and disqualifications will be subject to his judgment.

In the forthcoming SummerSlam 2024 pay-per-view event on Saturday, Sami Zayn is set to defend his WWE Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker once again.
During a recent guest stint on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast in order to promote the match, Zayn lauded Breakker’s achievements since he joined the WWE RAW team. He stated,
“Even though I am typically the underdog, now as a champion, I need to act confident. He’s a novice, and I’m the expert. ‘This is my arena, but you’re a dangerous opponent.’ It’s about maintaining that balance. He has a physical edge over me, but I have, in theory, a mental edge. Those who have seen him in action can attest to his incredible progress. His power and agility are palpable. Although he is yet to display his personality fully, I believe he will have a magnetic charisma when the audience gets a chance to see this side of him.”
He went on to say, “Given enough time, guidance and with the right people giving him correct advice, he can become a well-rounded player, offering more than just physical strength and impressive speed. He has more facets to his game. He has great potential, I just hope his success doesn’t come at my expense at SummerSlam.”
