The upcoming WWE Monday Night RAW, airing on SyFy and not its usual home on USA Network, is set to hold its July 29, 2024, episode at the Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Headlining the show, Seth “Freakin” Rollins will make an appearance to provide “referee instructions” to CM Punk and Drew McIntyre. In essence, this points to a scenario where the trio will share the ring, discussing the difficulties Rollins might face while trying to maintain his impartiality given his conflicts with the other two wrestlers, who can’t come into contact with each other without risking suspension.

The events of the recent RAW episode have laid down the groundwork for three other matches. A six-woman tag team match is scheduled with Lyra Valkyria, Katana Chance, and Kayden Carter pitted against Sonya Deville, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark. Notably, Deville edged out a win over Valkyria this week, while Stark in contrast, took a hit from a heavily-armed Zelina Vega due to a strategic intervention by the babyfaces.

In addition, Xavier Woods will be squaring off with Karrion Kross, who has been keeping Woods on his radar for quite some time. This face-off comes in the wake of Kross securing a victory in a six-man tag team match that also included The Authors of Pain. Fans can also anticipate some aftermath from the recent split up of the Alpha Academy, though confirmation is yet to come.

Finally, in what seems to be the headline event for the episode, “The Ring General” Gunther will go head-to-head with The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor. This match will amp up the anticipation for Gunther’s upcoming World Heavyweight Championship match against Damian Priest at the forthcoming Saturday’s SummerSlam.

More matches and segments will surely fill the three-hour timespan, but those aforementioned are the events that WWE has publicized so far.
