Matt Hardy is slated to make his first appearance in GCW, while Shota Umino gets a green light for participation in the G1 Climax 34 Tournament.

Matt Hardy is about to embark on a new journey in his career with GameChanger Wrestling (GCW). His debut is confirmed for the ‘Now And Forever’ event organized by the company, which is going to be held on the 2nd of August in Cleveland, Ohio.

Details regarding his opponent for the event remain unknown at this point in time.

Shota Umino is set to make his return in the G1 Climax 34 after recovering from his injuries.

New Japan Pro Wrestling confirmed on a Monday evening that Umino, who has been inactive due to a fractured hip, has received medical clearance and will be participating in the tournament. They made their announcement saying,

Recovering from hip and back injuries incurred at the start of June, Shota Umino WILL make his comeback just in time for #G1CLIMAX34!
