Fightful Select has shared updates that Riho endured an injury during her match against Lady Frost in AEW Collision, which took place on a recent Saturday night. At the moment, there are no specifics on the duration of her time off from matches.
Another AEW wrestler, Yuka Sakazaki, is also dealing with an injury of an undisclosed nature. Sakazaki last appeared in an AEW ring in April and her storyline with Serena Deeb was intended to advance.
On a separate note, Cole Karter, a wrestler from Ring of Honor, took to social media last week to share that he went through surgery to mend a broken arm. Rumors indicate that he won’t be back to compete until late in 2024 or in the early part of 2025.
