On becoming known to an AEW audience: “We’re introducing myself to a new audience, I can’t be ‘The Virtuosa’ that was at TNA, it’s a unique portrayal of who I am. I’ve taken this on…almost like uncovering my Italian roots, it’s about accepting my aggressive nature, and it’s been a thrilling journey because it’s a fresh side of me.”
Discussing her match against Thunder Rosa: “Undeniably, the crowd is besotted with her – she’s a former world champion, her story is quite captivating as she had to relinquish that title without being defeated. It seemed like a perfectly natural narrative for us to put forward and to maintain our presence on TV. It evolved quite seamlessly, and I feel Thunder and I have weaved quite a compelling tale.”
