Despite asserting that his WWE contract has ended and that he is currently an free agent, Brooks Jensen appeared in the latest episode of WWE NXT, contradicting his claims.
On Tuesday night’s event, Jensen made an unexpected appearance while WWE NXT World Champion Trick Williams was pitted against Shawn Spears in the star show. Jensen was spotted in numerous frames, hinting at his multiple failed attempts to interrupt the show in recent times.
During the event of the night, Jensen invaded the side of the ring clad in a hoodie and initiated a fight with the security. A chaotic scenario quickly escalated when Jensen grabbed the edge of the commentary table, which accidentally ended up hitting Williams’ head, giving Spears an opportunity to land the decisive C4 on Williams, clinching the victory.
After the show, Jensen took to Twitter to express his reaction. He tweeted:
“Continually second-guessing. Work or shoot? Fictitious or real? The mystery will always persist. I’ll remain clueless as well.”
Following his tweet, WWE also posted a comment saying, “No words. Did that just happen?!? #WWENXT”
Subsequently, Jensen shared a cryptic image with the hashtag #WWENXT hinting at the night’s unexpected events.
