Nick Hogan, recognized in the wrestling world as Hulk Hogan’s son, recently modified his plea in relation to his DUI incident. Thereby, he has successfully bypassed a court trial.
At the Pinellas County Court on the preceding Friday, he admitted to infringing the regulations indicated under Florida’s Move Over Act. Put into effect in 2023, this law obliges drivers to shift to an adjacent lane or reduce their speed down to 20 mph below the posted limit if they encounter a vehicle stalled on the road’s shoulder displaying hazard lights or other warning signals.
Records from the court reveal Hogan’s received penalty- a fine of 6 alongside an order to partake in an Advanced Driving Instruction class of 12 hours duration. Provided he completes this class, his driving license will seemingly escape suspension.
