John Cena, wrestling superstar, has subtly suggested the possible curtain call of his career with WWE.
Earlier this year, Cena made a surprise appearance on RAW where he gave a helping hand to The Miz and R-Truth in winning a match. He has previously expressed in interviews the increasing probability of his retirement from wrestling, an event he expects to happen before he rings in his 50th birthday in 2027.
Recently, while taking part in a conversation with PEOPLE magazine, Cena reflected on the approaching end of his WWE journey. He shared,
“I understand my WWE saga is nearing its conclusion, but keep in mind, fitness was integral to my life even prior to WWE. So long as my heart is still pounding, I hope fitness remains a central part of my existence. Therefore, while sunset is imminent on the WWE chapter of my life — which marks my 23rd year — fitness remains my constant companion.”
Evidently, while Cena anticipates his WWE career twilight, he ardently affirms the perpetual importance of fitness in his life.
