Chelsea Green, an established name in professional wrestling, has publicly labeled CM Punk as a somewhat “frightening” personality both in the context of their professional wrestling environment as well as outside of it.
The remarks came about during her appearance on a recent episode of the highly regarded “Gorilla Position” podcast. When queried about her perception of Punk, Green responded candidly.
She stated with a slight chuckle, “He comes off as quite intimidating. He instills fear in me, both within and outside the professional circuit; overall, he’s disturbingly scary to me.”
Upon the interviewer remarking on CM Punk’s rather attractive physical appearances, Green firmly countered, “That’s a direct ‘no’ from me. I mean, oh my goodness, are we just casually conversing about this? No, no. Merely have a look at CM Punk, then at my life partner, Matt Cardona. Do you understand what I’m implying here? I do have my preferences, which lean heavily towards those who are intensely sun-kissed. My man is of the ‘tan-addict’ type.”
During the same period, WWE Women’s Champion Bayley managed to successfully ward off Piper Niven in a recent title defense. This took place at the WWE Clash at the Castle: Scotland pay-per-view event on Saturday. It should be noted that Niven has been Green’s regular tag team partner in recent times.
Embedded below is a video where Chelsea Green openly discusses her fear of CM Punk, her relationship with Matt Cardona, and much more. This is a must-watch segment for any wrestling fan.
