In a recent episode of the podcast “Busted Open Radio”, WWE Hall of Famer, Mark Henry, provided his insights about Ricochet’s tenure in WWE, who is said to be leaving the company soon after his appearance in the most recent RAW episode.
Henry expressed, “Ricochet can often be eclipsed by others because he’s a true good guy. He embodies professionalism and has a tendency to avoid conflicts and ripple-causing. He is certainly not a troublemaker; however, if a situation ever warranted such an approach, I could list at least three instances where he should’ve refused his loss, saying, ‘No, I am not losing to him unless he can physically overpower me. I’ve been a professional, and now you all are planning my downfall.’ I would’ve overtly communicated to them, ‘You are planning my downfall.'”
Henry also brought attention to the numerous challenges Ricochet faced throughout his WWE journey, including significant defeats, like his match against Logan Paul in last year’s WWE SummerSlam.
The most recent RAW event saw Bron Breakker taking Ricochet down by throwing him onto a car, which effectively marks an end to his WWE programming.
