“In terms of the PPV, the TV buys increased by 9.5 percent from Dynasty. With this in mind, an initial estimate can be drawn at around 133,000. However, due to the weekend being a holiday, the reporting might have been somewhat delayed. Based on the streaming data, the level is probably near the same or slightly less. Compared to Dynasty, the streaming numbers in the U.S. have risen similarly. Internationally, the buys matched the figures of Dynasty. Despite television purchases significantly dropping from last year’s show, the gap appears to be filling with the increase in streaming buys.”
