The two-day event running on Friday and Saturday boasts an array of distinguished Memphis Wrestling figures, including Austin Idol and Bill Dundee. As described on the official Facebook page of the event, the goal is to create a significant gathering that celebrates the achievements and contributions of these esteemed wrestlers.

You can find the original announcement below:

“Evansville, Indiana, is thrilled to be the location of the grand WRESTLING LEGENDS REUNION. It’s a truly unparalleled event. With a history as rich as Evansville’s in the field of wrestling, many will remember the star-studded entertainment that graced the Coliseum’s stage every Saturday morning and Wednesday night.

Now, we have the chance to extend our appreciation and gratitude for all the unforgettable memories during this two-day event with a VIP show on Friday, May 10, and a convention on Saturday, May 11.

The event includes museum-style exhibits featuring legendary, ring-worn items, wrestling artifacts, championship belts, recreated TV settings, an awards presentation, the Wrestling Costume World Championships, photo opportunities, autographs, collectibles, LIVE podcasts, Q&A sessions, a historical video show, and much more.

And for the first time, we will showcase the art of Jerry “The King” Lawler, featuring some gems from the past and undiscovered works of art, making this a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

The weekend will kick-off with a special Friday night, limited-seating VIP roast in honor of some of Memphis wrestling’s greatest stars, followed by a gathering of wrestling royalty on Saturday.

As seating is limited for the VIP event, FRIDAY is expected to sell out at 100%. SATURDAY event includes an early bird entry at 10 am and general admission entry at 11 am.”
