WWE RAW will be making its way to Netflix in January 2025.
However, as the current broadcast deal with the USA Network is scheduled to end in October, many questions have been raised about the show’s airing location for the remainder of the year.
As announced in TKO’s Q1 2024 earnings report, WWE’s parent company has successfully secured a short-term distribution deal with NBCUniversal. This deal will enable Monday Night RAW to continue airing on the USA Network for the rest of 2024.
It is worth noting that the previous broadcast deal was set to expire at the end of September. As part of the short-term deal, TKO received $25 million for the three-month window for the flagship WWE program.
Looking ahead, WWE SmackDown will move to the USA Network after the expiration of Friday Night SmackDown’s current broadcast deal with FOX, starting in October. This means both RAW and SmackDown will air on the USA Network for the last three months of 2024.
Additionally, it has been confirmed that NXT will be shifting its airing location from the USA Network to The CW later in the fall.
