As we previously reported here on eWn, Nick Hogan was arrested back in November on charges of misdemeanor DUI. Police in Clearwater, Florida pulled him over during the wee hours of the morning after he attended a bikini contest at his father’s bar and restaurant.
Hogan has been charged with misdemeanor DUI and entered a not guilty plea.
Pwinsider is reporting that Hogan is set for a pre-trial hearing on Friday, May 10.
Hogan waived his right to a speedy trial back in January. Friday’s hearing had originally been scheduled for January 17 but was delayed.
