Two championships changed hands at Saturday’s NJPW Wrestling Dontaku event.
First, David Finlay defeated Nic Nemeth to win the IWGP Global Championship in the show’s semi-main event. It happened when Finlay pinned Nemeth after hitting Overkill to win the title for the second time.
The other title change was KENTA and Chase Owens defeated Hirooki Goto and YOSHI-HASHI to capture the IWGP Tag Team Championship for the second time.
