Heyman and Reigns Haven’t Communicated Since WrestleMania 40; New King of the Ring Contestants Revealed

Paul Heyman says he hasn’t spoken with Roman Reigns since WrestleMania 40.

On this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Heyman told Nick Aldis that he hadn’t spoken to his Tribal Chief since WrestleMania 40.

When Aldis then questioned Heyman as to who withdrew Reigns from the WWE Draft, the Wiseman said he was the one who opted to pull Reigns from the WWE Draft because he didn’t want to have Reigns involved in the chaos that has been running wild in The Bloodline in recent weeks. Solo Sikoa is now the leader of the group, and he recently kicked Jimmy Uso out and brought in Tama Tonga. Jacob Fatu is also said to be coming soon.

Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga vs. Randy Orton and Kevin Owens will be taking place at WWE Backlash: France.

Also on this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, Carmelo Hayes, LA Knight & Santos Escobar declared themselves for the 2024 King Of The Ring tournament. The tournament will begin on the May 6th episode of WWE RAW.

Hayes, Knight, and Escobar join GUNTHER, Sheamus, Drew McIntyre, and Xavier Woods as names who will be competing in the men’s tournament. The finals will be held at WWE King and Queen of the Ring in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on May 25th.
