5 Superstars Who Shined At The Start Of The ‘Wednesday Night War’
AEW and NXT went head-to-head for the first time in what is set to begin the “Wednesday Night War” as they call it. It’s an exciting time to be a wrestling fan because we will now be spoilt with two amazing shows at the same time. Thankfully, this is 2019 and not 1997, so we can still watch both together or simply watch the other show on-demand.
Since the superstars knew exactly what was at stake, not a single one held back. While not every match we saw was perfect, there were a lot of good matches and it was clear that many superstars had stepped up their game big time. This list will be looking across both AEW Dynamite and NXT and see which superstars shined the brightest.
