As shown above, the initials CG (Chad Gable) appeared in one frame. Another displayed “You changed. You stopped saying thank you.” Fans interpret this phrase as referencing Gable’s former notable catchphrase, “Ah-thankyouuuuu”, which has not been used recently.
@ScumbagPolite offered a theory that GUNTHER became a target due to a betrayal towards Giovanni Vinci, and the story that seems to be in the works might well be a hero narrative. It may reveal The Wyatt Sicks are not sowing chaos or tearing through everyone indiscriminately but rather seeking vengeance on heels who have hurt their pals.
